Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through the USPS and use their real time shipping cost analysis at checkout. USPS also allows us to send you tracking information as well as faster shipping times for an additional cost.

We try to get packages out to you as soon as possible, but we are a small business and there are just two of us running every aspect of the business. Because of this, please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your items packaged and shipped out, especially around holidays. We are doing everything we can to try to expedite packaging times to get your items to you as fast as possible.

Due to the unique nature of our products, these items are not easily replaced. For this reason it is in our best interest to package items very well to try to avoid any damage. We charge a handling fee to cover packaging materials to keep your items as snug and safe as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We determine refunds on a case by case basis. Due to the personal quality of soap and bath products, we do not accept any returns of these items, even if they are unopened.

Refunds will not be given for scent complaints. We try to explain the scents to the best of our ability, but if you don't like a particular scent when the item arrives we cannot grant a refund on this.

Our products are made small batch in limited quantities and therefore we cannot offer exchanges on items for any reason.

If you believe there was an error with your order, please send us a message and be as descriptive as possible with the issue. We will reach out to you as soon as we can with a resolution. We may contact you for more information.
